About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with deep experience in HR Technology and Sales Compensation solutions to lead strategy and drive execution for human capital and compensation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for HR and Sales Compensation systems
- →Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize feature development
- →Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization
- →Leverage customer insights and data to guide product decisions
- →Act as the product expert for compensation frameworks and system architecture
- →Collaborate with engineering, design, and business leaders to deliver solutions
- →Maintain deep domain knowledge of HR systems and compliance requirements
- →Evangelize product vision internally and externally
- →Drive metrics such as adoption rates and stakeholder satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓Strong background with tools such as ADP, Smart Recruiters, Xactly, or similar HR and Sales Comp platforms
- ✓Prior experience implementing or configuring Xactly is preferred
- ✓Experience leading product strategy and roadmap development
- ✓Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions
- ✓Strong understanding of HR systems, compensation calculation engines, and data integration patterns
