About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth through comprehensive marketing and design strategies. This hybrid role requires in-office work on Mondays and Tuesdays, with remote work from Wednesday to Friday, and involves developing campaigns to increase organic search rankings, drive traffic, and improve engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and manage an annual digital marketing roadmap and campaigns to achieve business goals
- →Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to enhance website performance
- →Create and manage geo-targeted paid media campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead generation
- →Optimize marketing efforts across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising platforms
- →Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools
- →A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and keywords to improve conversion rates
- →Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices for SEO and paid advertising
- →Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing
- →Manage budget allocation for paid campaigns and ensure efficient spending to meet performance goals
- →Utilize Active Campaign to create and manage email marketing campaigns, including writing copy and designing templates
- →Develop compelling storytelling to illustrate the value of company services
- →Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- →Design and produce marketing materials, including digital ads, website design, infographics, brochures, and presentations
- →Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms
- →Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute creative designs aligned with campaign goals
- →Track and report on key performance indicators for all digital marketing efforts
- →Use data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns and improve ROI
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design, with B2B functions
- ✓Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- ✓Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, HubSpot, Active Campaign, Webflow, and Meta Business Suite
- ✓Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies
- ✓Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- ✓Experience in market research and analysis
- ✓Project management skills to manage multiple marketing campaigns
- ✓Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment through effective communication and teamwork
- ✓Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
- ✓Good eye for design and visual aesthetics
- ✓Ability to support design, creative direction, shoots/production, retouching/editing
- ✓Experience in design for Digital and Print, including social, email, web, SMS, promotional collateral, packaging, and invites
- ✓Strong graphic design skills
- ✓Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management tools like Webflow and WordPress
- ✓Willingness to travel within California and Texas, up to 10% of the time
