About the Role
The Implementation Consultant plans and manages all aspects of Acumatica Cloud ERP implementations. This role acts as a key advisor, product advocate, and project implementation resource for partners and resellers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide ongoing support and consultation to partners and end-users on their open Acumatica projects
- →Provide best practice recommendations to customers to optimize existing Acumatica processes
- →Conduct root cause analysis on system performance and stability issues
- →Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- →Assist with implementation discovery diligence, project analysis, and scope of work creation
- →Align customer system processes with new product features
- →Support customers by answering application questions and resolving issues
- →Work with various departments to resolve customer issues
- →Document requirements, resolutions, and escalations
- →Develop and implement service delivery strategies
- →Conduct product and technology presentations
- →Provide user training and documentation
