About the Role
We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing and executing test strategies to ensure quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and execute test strategies based on functional specifications and business workflows
- →Develop, document, and maintain automated test cases integrated with CI pipelines
- →Collaborate closely with Developers and Business Analysts to ensure feature clarity, test coverage, and quality outcomes
- →Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing to validate new and existing features
- →Analyze test results, investigate failures, and work with developers to resolve issues
- →Suggest improvements to increase test effectiveness and reduce manual testing
- →Participate in peer reviews and share QA best practices within the team
- →Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps and optimizing QA processes
