About the Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure our cloud-based ERP payroll and CRM systems are polished, performant, and release-ready. This role combines technical testing expertise with strategic quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review requirements and user stories to identify ambiguities, risks, and testability gaps
- →Design and maintain test plans, test cases, checklists, and traceability to requirements
- →Perform manual testing of new features including functional, smoke, regression, exploratory testing, and UAT
- →Conduct test coverage analysis, identify gaps, prioritize risks, and expand test coverage
- →Develop, refactor, and maintain Selenium WebDriver frameworks in C#
- →Execute automated regression packs, analyze results, troubleshoot failures
- →Report, triage, verify, and track defects in JIRA
- →Contribute to QA best practices, tooling standards, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Selenium WebDriver and C# automation frameworks
- ✓Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies
- ✓Ability to develop and maintain test automation suites
- ✓Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
- ✓Knowledge of test coverage analysis and risk prioritization
