In partnership with Microsoft, we leverage leading-edge technologies to deliver impactful, scalable solutions for our clients worldwide.     About the Role  We are looking for a bilingual Enterprise Agile Coach (Chinese & fluent English) to support a large-scale transformation engagement. This is a 6–12 month contract, with flexibility to work remotely from China. You will work closely with C-level stakeholders and senior leadership to design and implement enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives across the organization.   What You’ll Do? Partner with C-level executives to shape and drive enterprise transformation strategy Lead large-scale agile transformation programs across multiple business units Coach senior leaders, transformation offices, and cross-functional teams Establish governance, operating models, and ways of working aligned to business outcomes Drive measurable impact across delivery, culture, and leadership effectiveness   What We’re Looking For? Native or business-level Mandarin Chinese + fluent English (mandatory) Proven experience working with C-level stakeholders Demonstrated success leading large enterprise transformation programs Deep expertise in enterprise agile coaching (beyond team-level coaching) Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability Experience in large corporations or consulting environments preferred   Contract Details Location: China (remote) Contract: 6–12 months Start: May Compensation: Competitive day rate / salary (based on experience) If you are an experienced enterprise transformation leader who can operate confidently at executive level in both Japanese and English, we encourage you to apply with your CV in English.
