About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual Enterprise Agile Coach to lead a large-scale transformation engagement in Japan. This is a 6–12 month contract starting end of March. You will work directly with C-level stakeholders and senior leadership to design and implement enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓Native or business-level Japanese + fluent English (mandatory)
- ✓Proven experience working with C-level stakeholders
- ✓Demonstrated success leading large enterprise transformation programs
- ✓Deep expertise in enterprise agile coaching (beyond team-level coaching)
- ✓Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
- ✓Experience in large corporations or consulting environments preferred
