About the Role

Addepar is seeking a Client Data Onboarding Specialist to join their Data organization. This role ensures clients have a seamless experience connecting their accounts from various financial institutions to Addepar, focusing on alternatives data onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the alternatives data onboarding process for new and existing Addepar clients
→Guide clients through template completion and provide support
→Manage Letter of Authorization (LOA) generation and signing
→Drive asset manager outreach to facilitate data connectivity
→Coordinate credential management using LastPass
→Facilitate Addepar Data Management (ADM) connections
→Maintain workflow tracking within dashboards
→Update Salesforce and track key onboarding milestones

Requirements

✓3+ years of work experience in financial advisory or FinTech industries
✓Experience in client onboarding or related operational role
✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✓Excellent communication and follow-up skills
✓Proficiency in operational dashboards, CRM systems, and password management tools
✓Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
✓Proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to client experience
