About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Global IT team at Addepar in London. This role will provide hands-on IT support to our UK employees while collaborating with global IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide end-user IT support for the London office, including desk-side, meeting room, and remote support
- →Ensure reliability of local office technology including devices, AV systems, printers, and networking equipment
- →Administer core IT platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, macOS, Windows, and MDM tooling
- →Support new hire onboarding processes
- →Create and maintain IT documentation and operational runbooks
- →Collaborate with global IT partners and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Experience in a corporate IT environment with increasing technical ownership
- ✓Proficiency in administering SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Zoom
- ✓Experience supporting meeting rooms, AV systems, and live events
- ✓Familiarity with MDM solutions and endpoint security tools
- ✓Hands-on experience supporting macOS at scale with working knowledge of Windows
- ✓Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with networked devices
- ✓Ability to operate independently while aligning with global standards
- ✓Strong communication and prioritization skills
