About the Role
We are looking for a manager and player/coach for Enterprise Solutions Consultants at Addepar. This role involves leading a team of Solutions Consultants and performing projects as a Solutions Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead internal management and initiatives to grow the Enterprise SC practice
- βAmplify team mandate and help complete team strategy
- βLead and mentor the team, driving prioritization, process, and execution consistency
- βContribute to and drive standard processes for consistent, quality delivery of Enterprise solutions
- βAssess client needs, design solutions with Addepar teams, and coordinate solution building/testing
Requirements
- β3-5+ years tech, finance, or consulting experience
- βProven leadership and management skills
- βTrack record of leading client initiatives, teams, and projects
- βExcellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- βProcess-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- βSolution-oriented with a passion for problem-solving
- βStrong work ethic, proactive, and a high-contributing team player
- βIndependent, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments
- βExcellent verbal and written skills, able to present complex information clearly
- βPassion for technology and finance
- βKnowledge of financial instruments, performance calculation, or client reporting
- βPrevious investment management software implementation experience
