About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Recruiting Sourcer to join our global recruiting team at Addepar. This role focuses on identifying and connecting with top talent to support hiring efforts for various technical and non-technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and sourcers to understand the requirements and technical nuances of Engineering & Product teams
- →Build Engineering & Product pipelines, with flexibility to pivot to Sales, Services, and G&A roles based on business priorities
- →Utilise tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to develop personalised outreach
- →Lead initial phone screens to evaluate technical competency, experience, and overall fit
- →Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- →Coordinate with recruiters and scheduling teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- →Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and talent acquisition best practices
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of sourcing technical talent across the EMEA region
- ✓Blend of in-house and agency experience in talent sourcing
- ✓Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- ✓Deep knowledge of the regional and global talent market for technology and finance roles
- ✓Comfortable using data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions
- ✓Understanding of employment laws and regulations
