About the Role
We are looking for a Credit Risk and Fraud Data Scientist to join our team at Addi. This role focuses on designing and deploying high-precision Credit Risk and Fraud models, bridging the gap between traditional risk modeling and cutting-edge AI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement ML models for credit risk and fraud detection
- →Manage data pipelines and model deployment to production
- →Monitor and evaluate model performance
- →Conduct A/B testing and experimentation
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business strategies
- →Research and prototype new AI/LLM techniques for lending
- →Improve processes by proposing ML techniques and tools
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Data Science for Credit Risk or Fraud
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- ✓Mastery of SQL and Python for modeling and analysis
- ✓Experience with semi-structured data and Git/GitHub
- ✓Track record of end-to-end model deployment
- ✓Deep expertise in building supervised models for credit scoring and fraud detection
- ✓Understanding of Colombian regulatory frameworks
- ✓Strong statistical and experimental foundations
- ✓Ability to build full-stack ML pipelines
- ✓Track record of innovative AI/LLM research
- ✓Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts
