Design & Development Build and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, multimodal models) for business-specific copilots. Develop conversational AI workflows for sales, customer support, underwriting, and operations. 2. Integration Integrate AI copilots into existing mobile and web platforms using APIs, SDKs, and microservices. Ensure compatibility with Android/iOS apps and modern web frameworks. 3. Collaboration Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive AI experiences. 4. Performance & Security Optimize AI models for accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency. Implement data privacy, compliance, and security best practices. 5. Continuous Improvement Monitor copilot performance and enhance based on user feedback and analytics. 📌 Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise Strong experience in Python and JavaScript. Experience with frontend frameworks such as React / React Native / Flutter. Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and Prompt Engineering. Experience in implementing LLM-based Agents and RAG pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms: Azure / AWS. Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments. Integration Skills Experience in API development and integration for mobile/web apps. Knowledge of RESTful services, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. AI/ML Knowledge Understanding of transformer models, fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector search. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities. 📌 Preferred Qualifications Experience in Insurance or Financial Services domains. Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases.
