About the Role
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing digital publishing house, Mediatech. You will play a key role in shaping our growth through data-driven decisions and high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with the CRO team on landing page optimization and experimentation roadmap
- →Design A/B tests and conduct end-to-end analysis, providing clear recommendations
- →Monitor A/B test validity, quality, and performance, identifying inefficiencies and risks
- →Analyze user behavior and market trends, conducting root cause analyses and delivering actionable recommendations
- →Maintain Power BI dashboards for the CRO team
- →Collaborate with the Data team to ensure end-to-end data quality across the organization
- →Document learnings and share best practices
- →Run ad hoc deep-dive analyses based on business requests
- →Communicate regularly with stakeholders, setting expectations and aligning priorities
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in product/growth/data analytics (e.g., Product Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst)
- ✓SQL proficiency and practical Power BI experience
- ✓Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- ✓Clear communication and storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Data quality mindset with a basic understanding of experimentation
- ✓Proactive ownership mentality, collaborative, curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
