About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Adyen in Milan. This role is critical to the growth and success of our business, focusing on managing relationships with innovative international merchants across multiple industries and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with other Account Managers on many different accounts across a wide range of industries
- →Ramp and grow customers with a focus on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reducing churn
- →Drive commercial discussions for joint accounts while striving to meet strategic and financial targets
- →Prioritize and manage short and long term projects with varying timelines across multiple accounts
- →Serve as a feedback loop for your customers internally
Requirements
- ✓1-4 years of full-time work experience in a client-facing, commercial role
- ✓Full professional written and verbal proficiency in Italian and English
- ✓Strong time management skills and constantly looking for ways to work efficiently
- ✓Enjoy engaging others and developing strong working relationships internally and externally with customers
- ✓Natural-born networker and self-starter with excellent communication skills
