About the Role
Adyen is seeking a Data Analyst with strong business analyst skills to join their Operations Analytics team in Amsterdam. This role will focus on Merchant Operations processes, helping to embed analytics into decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Gain an in-depth understanding of business processes to effectively focus analysis efforts and solve key business problems
- →Turn findings into effective communication and actionable advice by connecting data to a story
- →Work closely with Merchant Operations leadership to support business decisions by defining key performance indicators
- →Translate business requirements into requests for data engineering
- →Collaborate with tooling focal points to design business processes for extracting key insights
Requirements
- ✓At least 4 years of relevant working experience
- ✓Ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets and turn them into clear recommendations
- ✓Proficiency in writing queries in SQL and experience with BI tools
- ✓Affinity for AML, KYC, or Risk, as well as operational processes
- ✓Proven track record in project management skills
- ✓Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
