About the Role
Adyen is looking for a business analyst to drive commercial performance insights in the LATAM region. You will be the primary point of contact for regional leadership, ensuring they have clear visibility into the health of the commercial engine and access to actionable, structured recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver performance insights for QBRs, MBRs, and ad-hoc forums
- →Partner with regional leaders to define, track, and review commercial goals
- →Analyze full-funnel commercial performance to identify trends, risks, and drivers of growth
- →Apply global KPI definitions, templates, and data cuts consistently
- →Support cross-regional or global initiatives led by Revenue Operations
- →Build trusted relationships with commercial leaders and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in a business analyst, commercial analyst, or strategy consulting role
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- ✓Familiarity with SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- ✓Able to translate business problems into structured analytical questions
- ✓Confident using data to guide conversations, highlight risks, and support decision-making
- ✓Strong prioritization skills to balance daily requests with broader regional performance needs
- ✓Collaborative and proactive, sharing knowledge, seeking feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement
- ✓Availability to work 3 days in person on Morumbi (SP)
