About the Role
Adyen is looking for a forward-thinking Tech Strategy & Program Manager to help shape the future direction and product excellence of their solutions. This role serves as a bridge between commercial ambition and technical reality, ensuring strategic alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Bridge Tech and Commercial: Act as the Tech counterpart to commercial strategy teams, ensuring a balanced perspective between business goals and technical reality
- →Act as Upstream Tech Lead: Structure opportunity space, define problems, shape technical direction, and validate feasibility for new concepts
- →Solve Holistic Merchant Problems: Synthesize merchant problems across solutions and identify collective blind spots
- →Drive Strategic Coordination: Shape and align strategic initiatives that cut across multiple solutions
- →Product Discovery: Ensure the Tech organization is prepared to meet future customer commitments
Requirements
- ✓5-7 years of experience in Product Management or Tech Strategy
- ✓Systems thinking ability, understanding platform dependencies and architectural trade-offs
- ✓Experience bridging the gap between customer/commercial needs and technical organization
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort leading new strategic bets
- ✓Ability to drive alignment and coordination across multiple product areas
- ✓Clear communication skills for high-stakes discussions with leadership
- ✓Comfort with ambiguity and influencing without direct authority
