About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Engineer - Financial Products to join Adyen, the financial technology platform of choice for companies like Meta, Uber, and Microsoft. In this technical leadership role, you will shape the architecture and design of critical systems that power Adyen’s global financial products.

Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in the financial industry (banking or fintech preferred)
- ✓10+ years of hands-on development experience in modern engineering environments
- ✓Technical leadership experience including mentoring and engineering strategy
- ✓Experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems
- ✓Strong background in Java programming
- ✓Platform mindset with ability to create flexible services
- ✓Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
- ✓Self-starter capable of identifying and solving problems
