About the Role
We are looking for an AI Solution Architect to join our Operational AI organization. This role focuses on designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions that support various business and back-office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design end-to-end AI systems, including retrieval-based architectures, agent-based orchestration, and multi-model workflows in production environments
- →Partner with business and back-office teams to translate requirements into technical designs
- →Guide engineering teams through implementation to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready
- →Apply approved architectural patterns for GenAI, automation, orchestration, and agent-based workflows
- →Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, data governance, observability, and reliability
- →Review solution designs and implementations for alignment with architectural guardrails
- →Evaluate and communicate technical trade-offs related to cost, latency, scalability, and operational risk
Requirements
- ✓Experience in designing AI-enabled solutions for enterprise environments
- ✓Strong understanding of architectural patterns for GenAI, automation, and agent-based workflows
- ✓Ability to translate business needs into secure, scalable, production-ready AI architectures
