About the Role
We are seeking a Security Associate Director to join our Security and Technology Engineering team at AECOM. This role involves playing a significant part in future construction projects across major cities in Europe and worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage high-level technical and strategic security engineering services on new build and fit-out projects
- →Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and write operational requirements
- →Lead master planning for projects from city-level down to mixed-use developments
- →Design physical security solutions including electronic locking, walling, glazing, doors, barriers, and fencing
- →Create electronic security designs for video surveillance, access control, intruder detection, and intercom systems
- →Provide counter-terrorism guidance including on Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM), bomb blast, and ballistics
Requirements
- ✓Experience in security engineering services for construction projects
- ✓Knowledge of RIBA stages and project management
- ✓Expertise in physical and electronic security design
- ✓Understanding of counter-terrorism measures and security solutions
