About the Role
The HR Business Partner will provide strategic and operational HR partnership to leaders across the AECOM India business. This role focuses on shaping and delivering people strategies aligned with business needs and AECOM’s global people agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with AECOM India leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and culture priorities.
- →Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends and act as a trusted advisor on people-related decisions.
- →Design and lead the AECOM India Employee Engagement Plan, ensuring alignment with diverse business line needs.
- →Collaborate with HRBPs to tailor engagement solutions for different technical and operational teams.
- →Provide hands-on support for complex employee matters and sensitive HR interventions.
- →Ensure consistent application of HR governance, risk management, practices, and India regulatory requirements.
- →Support recruitment strategies, workforce ramp-up plans, and capability needs in collaboration with TA and business leaders.
- →Build strong relationships with business leaders and key HR partners to support strategic outcomes.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in strategic HR partnership and employee engagement.
- ✓Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- ✓Knowledge of HR governance, risk management, and India regulatory requirements.
- ✓Ability to provide data-driven insights and act as a trusted advisor on people-related decisions.
- ✓Experience in leading employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
