We are looking for an Owner’s Representative Project Manager to join our team at AECOM Tishman for a mixed-use project in Portland, ME. This role involves managing the overall administration of the project and ensuring it meets the owner's strategic and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
- →Manages the integration of multiple commercial components to ensure the project meets the owner's strategic and financial goals.
- →Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and serves as a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
- →Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
