About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Engineer to join our Transmission & Distribution team in India. This role involves contributing to impactful Energy projects across global offices and developing technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a technical advisor for the team
- →Provide specialized technical input to studies and design
- →Develop study and design procedures for high quality, cost-effective work
- →Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables
- →Develop construction cost estimates and technical effort estimates
- →Use expertise in completing discipline components of PS&E package
- →Perform quality control review of design calculations or drawings
- →Prepare technical specification sections
- →Provide input to the development of engineering budget and schedule
Requirements
- ✓Strong technical expertise in secondary substation engineering
- ✓Experience in providing specialized technical input to studies and design
- ✓Ability to develop study and design procedures
- ✓Experience in interdisciplinary project reviews
- ✓Skills in developing cost estimates and technical effort estimates
