Responsibilities: 
• Participate in projects and motivate/manage project teams of structural engineers and draftsmen. 
• Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (such as architects and other design disciplines), and clients. 
• Maintain an international mindset and cooperate with our offices abroad for certain engineering tasks, ensuring the required project quality. 
• Respond effectively to client needs and requests. 
• Aim for sustainable and efficient engineering solutions. 
• Ensure that budgets, timelines, and quality standards for engineering work are met. You will ensure that your assigned projects comply with our quality system. 
• Report project progress on a weekly basis. 
• Promote an integrated design process by considering the interaction of different disciplines involved. 
• Stay up to date with standards, guidelines, new techniques, and developments in your field, and share relevant information with your team and colleagues.
