About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Tunnelling Engineer to join our team at AECOM, working on major civils projects of a tunnelling nature. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most rewarding civil infrastructure and tunnelling projects across the UK and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a Design Lead for elements of a project, liaising directly with clients and the wider design team
- →Manage more junior engineers in the design of infrastructure elements
- →Provide input to the development of projects from concept through operation
Requirements
- ✓Experience in tunnelling and underground structure design and management
- ✓Ability to provide analytical and strategic expertise for every stage of a project
- ✓Strong leadership skills to guide junior engineers
