About the Role
We are seeking a Track Design Lead to guide track designs globally using Bentley and Autodesk packages. This role combines hands-on design, checking, mentoring, and training to enhance team capabilities and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead track design production and provide technical support throughout the design process from feasibility to construction
- →Independently deliver or manage design deliverables according to client requirements
- →Serve as a senior technical resource and mentor for less experienced team members
- →Provide specialized technical input for studies and designs
- →Develop study and design procedures for high-quality, cost-effective work
- →Participate in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables
- →Develop construction cost estimates and technical effort estimates
- →Perform quality control reviews of design calculations, models, and drawings
- →Prepare technical specification sections
- →Contribute to engineering budget and schedule development
Requirements
