Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate with project management and other stakeholders to ensure design deliverables meet authority submission requirements
- →Submit Information NOC/Pre-Final Design NOC/Preliminary Design NOC and Final Design NOC via RTA E-NOC portal as per project requirements
- →Attend kick-off and coordination meetings and provide support during the NOC process to the design team
- →Ensure the design team delivers required documents in accordance with authority requirements, guidelines, and standard specifications
- →Submit and follow up on Initial & Final Master Plan to DDA, Dubai Municipality & Trakhees via online portal
- →Submit Sign Off Sheets to various authorities including DEWA PTP, DEWA WTP, Du, Etisalat, DM, DCD, Dubai Police, Dubai Ambulance Services, etc., and follow up for approvals
- →Submit building permits via Dubai-BPS
- →Submit and coordinate with DDA for Final Design/Revision of Final Design
- →Submit design studies to RTA ROWPS system
- →Submit documents to Etihad WE, Etihad Rail, ADNOC, RAK Municipality, etc.
- →Monitor NOCs in process and forward comments to the concerned team in a timely manner
- →Liaise between authorities and the design team and arrange meetings when required
- →Follow up with authorities to receive feedback, comments, and/or approval within an acceptable time frame
- →Prepare and maintain updated NOC & SOS tracker
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of authority requirements and submission processes
- ✓Excellent coordination and communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- ✓Familiarity with RTA E-NOC portal, Dubai-BPS, and other relevant online submission systems
- ✓Experience in liaising with various authorities and stakeholders
- ✓Attention to detail and organizational skills
