About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team. This role involves delivering technical expertise in projects and ensuring effective delivery input from others. The position requires working on detailed engineering assignments and guiding junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate small to mid-size project teams of discipline-led engineers
- →Perform specific portions of broader assignments as an experienced engineer
- →Provide specialized technical input into studies and design work
- →Develop design by gathering, correlating, and analyzing engineering data
- →Follow or develop design procedures to facilitate high-quality work
- →Participate in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables
- →Prepare technical specifications
- →Perform work under budget and schedule with minimal supervision
- →Solve problems using knowledge and innovation
- →Perform technical quality reviews of design calculations and drawings
- →Develop construction cost estimates and technical effort estimates
- →Mentor junior staff
- →Build and maintain client relationships
- →Present solutions to clients in a professional manner
- →Act as Project Manager on small to medium size projects
- →Use Earned Value Management to assess project progress
