Key Responsibilities
- →Plans, designs, executes/supervises and administers projects
- →Reviews engineering details for the execution of works
- →Ensures contractor delivers design intent and handles on-site design problems
- →Addresses client modifications in coordination with the Design Engineer
- →Assists the Project Lead in reviewing and selecting materials and equipment
- →Supports the project lead in issuing engineering correspondences
- →Highlights construction/engineering violations on-site through NCRS
- →Attends progress review meetings to resolve site issues
- →Participates in coordination and monitoring of snagging and project handover
- →Supports projects by providing expert knowledge and advice
- →Liaises with the design engineer on required modifications
- →Provides daily site reports and highlights issues to the Project Lead
Requirements
- ✓Knowledge of design, construction procedures, and applicable codes
- ✓Experience in project administration and supervision
- ✓Ability to review engineering details and resolve on-site problems
- ✓Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and engineers
- ✓Expertise in material selection and compliance with submittals
- ✓Familiarity with NCRS and site reporting procedures
- ✓Ability to expedite client approvals when needed
