Start Here Grow Here We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and coordinated oversight for the delivery of a medium‑ to large‑scale program, or a significant workstream within a more complex program. This role is accountable for ensuring that all elements of the program are effectively integrated, governed, and managed to achieve the desired outcomes. As a senior delivery leader, the Senior Program Manager will guide multidisciplinary teams, proactively manage risks and issues, and maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders. The role also supports the development of delivery methodologies, encourages collaboration across teams, and drives high performance throughout the program. In addition, the Senior Program Manager contributes to building organisational capability and plays an active role in supporting work‑winning activities. Here's what you'll do  • Lead the successful delivery of a medium to large program, or a defined and complex portion of a larger program, ensuring outcomes are achieved in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. • Provide direction and coordination across project managers and functional leads to ensure integrated and consistent delivery. • Establish and maintain governance processes, including reporting, assurance activities, and decision‑making arrangements. • Support program initiation activities such as mobilisation, planning, development of delivery approaches, and implementation of program tools and systems. • Drive effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment, communication, and timely resolution of issues across internal and external parties. • Lead risk, issue, and change management processes to sustain delivery confidence and proactive problem‑solving. • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and technical standards across all program activities. • Provide commercial and contractual oversight for assigned program elements, supporting supplier management and financial performance. • Promote innovation, digital adoption, and continuous improvement within the program team. • Lead, coach, and support team members’ development, contributing to capability growth and talent progression. • Contribute to business development activities, including supporting pursuits, proposals, and client engagement efforts. • Support organisational initiatives to strengthen program management consistency, maturity, and knowledge sharing.If you're passionate about innovation and turning bold ideas into reality, AECOM welcomes you.
