About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team at AECOM in Dublin. This senior leadership role focuses on delivering complex projects across the infrastructure and aviation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the coordination of the project ensuring interfaces are considered and addressed at all stages of the project lifecycle
- →Maintain the Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed task tracker
- →Work with technical teams in coordinating and managing design consultants and external service providers
- →Organize design review meetings and communicate design acceptance to the Contractor
- →Communicate design changes to relevant project team members and stakeholders
- →Report monthly on tasks throughout the project’s lifecycle, including construction works
- →Maintain the overall project risk register and update at monthly progress meetings
- →Identify opportunities to improve Project Management procedures
- →Monitor and apply performance management techniques
- →Manage the change control process
- →Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client
- →Review and accept programme submissions
- →Lead and act in the spirit of mutual trust and cooperation
- →Communicate and issue documents as required by the ECC
- →Carry out duties as the Project Manager as required by the Contracting Entity’s contract
- →Manage the compensation event process
- →Ensure the Contractor notifies compensation events in good time
- →Assess payment after each assessment interval
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management within infrastructure or aviation sectors
- ✓Strong leadership skills with ability to guide teams through complex projects
- ✓Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- ✓Knowledge of NEC contract requirements and procedures
- ✓Experience with risk management and change control processes
- ✓Ability to manage external consultants and service providers
- ✓Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- ✓Experience with project reporting and documentation
- ✓Understanding of construction project lifecycle
- ✓Ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely
