As a Senior Project Manager - DOD Projects, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of complex DoD projects while ensuring successful outcomes within budget, schedule, and specification requirements. Your key responsibilities include: • Lead task order proposal development and support Program Managers in project execution • Manage project teams (design, technical, and administrative staff) and oversee all project facets through subordinate managers and supervisors • Establish project-specific objectives, policies, and deliverables in partnership with Project Directors and Senior Managers • Monitor project financials, schedules, and quality standards; report performance metrics to senior leadership • Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, and subcontractor performance throughout project lifecycle • Coordinate design activities, resolve field-initiated questions, and facilitate design review meetings • Maintain client relationships and lead client discussions regarding project scope, terms, and progress • Administer projects from budgeting and procurement through contract closeout with significant profit/loss responsibility • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and remote collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.) • Manage services during construction, including RFI responses and submittal reviews
