Senior Project Manager - PMC at AECOM2

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Consulting (PMC) team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee complex, large-scale projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic project initiatives that align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, analytical expertise, and a proven track record of successfully managing multimillion-dollar projects in dynamic environments. • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability while maintaining high performance standards • Manage stakeholder communications, including clients, vendors, and internal teams; provide regular status updates and escalate issues proactively • Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies; implement contingency plans to minimize project disruptions • Oversee contract negotiations, vendor management, and procurement processes to optimize costs and ensure compliance • Monitor project budgets and expenditures; analyze variances and implement cost control measures to maintain financial performance • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle • Utilize project management tools and software to track deliverables, resources, and timelines; generate performance reports and analytics • Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery processes • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the professional development of the PMC team
