About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Transit Project Manager to join our New England Transit Market Group. This role involves managing complex transportation projects and providing technical leadership for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a multi-disciplinary team
- →Lead, manage and provide technical expertise for mid-large size complex transportation projects
- →Write scope and estimate projects
- →Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for project delivery
- →Provide technical expertise for studies and designs
- →Prepare technical reports and analyses
- →Drive project performance and manage the portfolio
- →Mentor junior staff and participate in workforce planning
- →Coordinate with other Transit market Sectors
- →Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction
- →Develop and build strong client relationships
- →Identify new opportunities and develop technical proposals
- →Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules
