About the Role

AECOM is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to join their team in Ridgeland, MS. This role involves managing the planning, designing, and overseeing of civil engineering projects such as highways, bridges, surface drainage, and utilities infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the overall administration of projects and assist in establishing project-specific objectives and policies.
→Provide management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforce company and project policies, and serve as a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
→Oversee and ensure all aspects of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
→Administer the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout, with significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned projects.

Requirements

✓Demonstrated career in Transportation Engineering, including roadway experience.
✓Ability to manage small or medium-sized projects and serve as a Deputy Project Manager on large projects.
