About the Role
We are looking for a Transportation Project Manager to join our team in Madison/Middleton, Wisconsin. This role focuses on leading the planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects that improve mobility and connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage transportation projects from planning and design through delivery, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with state and local transportation agencies.
- →Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including roadway, traffic, structural, drainage, and environmental specialists.
- →Support project pursuits, including proposal preparation, scope development, and cost estimating.
- →Oversee technical design development for roadway and highway projects in accordance with applicable standards and client requirements
- →Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
- →Review engineering calculations, design plans, specifications, and technical reports.
- →Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, scope changes, and resource allocation.
- →Collaborate with regional leadership to support team growth and delivery of transportation programs in Wisconsin.
