Key Responsibilities
- →Provide guidance for Affirm’s Product and Operations teams on applicable regulatory requirements
- →Review and approve financial services marketing materials to ensure compliance
- →Support team members in oversight and credible challenge on product enhancements
- →Partner with the Complaints Compliance team to drive product and process fixes
- →Support responses to regulatory and bank-partner inquiries
- →Contribute to developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls
Requirements
- ✓Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, TILA/Reg Z)
- ✓Experience in completing compliance testing and assessment activities
- ✓Strong communication and relationship management skills
- ✓Strong project management, critical thinking and analytical skills
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Proficient computer navigation skills
- ✓Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in consumer lending, BNPL or installment financing
