About the Role

We are looking for a UK Partner Marketing Manager to join Affirm and help make it the favorite way to pay in the UK. You'll be the driving force behind Affirm's merchant co-marketing strategy across the UK, working with Britain's biggest retailers to put Affirm in front of millions of consumers.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and deliver full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across categories and channels
→Identify campaign targets aligned with business goals: awareness, acquisition, engagement, and payments adoption
→Build and nurture deep marketing relationships with merchant partners
→Deliver sharp analysis, insights, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
→Be the merchant advocate inside Affirm, championing partner needs and driving process efficiencies

Requirements

✓7+ years in Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing in direct-to-consumer brands
✓A strategic marketing mindset with full-funnel planning expertise
✓Strong analytical mind fluent in marketing metrics and performance reporting
✓Proven experience co-developing plans and launching integrated programmes with partners
✓Deep understanding of the British retail market and its unique dynamics
✓Online retail marketing expertise
✓Experience writing creative briefs and testing creative approaches
