Weβre looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to own design delivery across two product areas:
- B2C: mobile-first Game Hubs β entertainment-driven mobile web experiences.
- B2B: studio/publisher platform β editors, builders, dashboards, admin/CMS-style tools.
This role is anchored in mobile web product design (Game Hubs), while also contributing to the B2B platform. Youβll work with Product Owners and engineers to take loosely defined problems, turn them into clear user flows and high-quality UI, and deliver features all the way to production.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Own UX/UI from Brief to Production
- Take limited or evolving briefs and turn them into clear problem definitions, user flows, and UI solutions.
- Deeply immerse into the domain and context to propose strong product-level decisions, not just screens.
- Own the full design cycle: discovery of constraints β flows β UI β handoff β iteration after release.
2. Fast Prototyping & Alignment
- Create quick, interactive prototypes to validate direction and align stakeholders early.
- Use Figma (including advanced prototyping and plugins such as Figma Make) plus modern AI-assisted workflowsto iterate faster while maintaining quality.
3. B2C + B2B Product Design
- Design end-to-end experiences across mobile-first B2C and power-user B2B surfaces: navigation, hierarchy, interaction patterns, and reusable templates/components.
- Create efficient, scalable flows for editors/builders, dashboards, analytics-style views, and admin toolsβreducing friction while keeping complexity manageable.
- Ensure designs hold up in real-world conditions: small screens, responsive behavior, and varying device performance.
4. Delivery, Handoff & Production Quality
- Partner with Product Owners and engineers to deliver features on time and with high implementation quality.
- Provide clear specs: states (loading/empty/error), edge cases, components behavior, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform design reviews in production and drive fixes to close gaps between design intent and implementation.
5. Design System & Consistency
- Contribute to design system foundations: components, tokens, patterns, and guidelines that scale across products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Senior-level experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX) with a strong portfolio of shipped work (mobile web experience is a must).
- Ability to operate with ambiguous inputs: clarify, structure, and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of user flows for both B2C and B2B products, and ability to design for different user motivations and contexts.
- Proven ability to deliver on deadlines while keeping craft and usability high.
- Strong mobile-first UI/UX skills: responsive layouts, mobile interaction patterns, and practical usability.
- Strong visual craft: layout, typography, hierarchy, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with design systems and component-driven development.
- Ability to produce fast, interactive prototypes (Figma + advanced prototyping workflows/plugins, plus AI-assisted iteration tools).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in gaming, game dev, iGaming, or entertainment-heavy consumer products.
- Understanding of mobile game UI, especially monetization-related patterns.
- You play mobile games and can translate that intuition into better product UI decisions.
- Experience designing B2B tools: editors/builders, dashboards, analytics, admin panels, CMS-like interfaces.
