About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product – Financing to take full responsibility for the Financing Product Line, one of the most strategic and complex at Agicap.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and lead the product vision for the Financing Product Line (financing, debt, investments, FX)
- →Build, align, and prioritize the roadmaps of the squads, with a clear short/medium-term horizon
- →Supervise, coach, and develop the Product Managers in the line
- →Work in close tandem with the Head of Tech and Head of Design on strategic and operational trade-offs
- →Ensure quality delivery in a continuous deployment environment
- →Bring strong finance domain expertise and be credible with both technical and business teams
- →Track product and business KPIs (adoption, value, impact)
- →Contribute to cross-functional product topics and the overall product vision
- →Drive key decisions: product launch, iteration, scaling, or stopping (especially for the FX product)
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in Product Management
- ✓Proven experience as Head of Product or equivalent role
- ✓SaaS B2B, scale-up, or fintech context
- ✓Complex financial products: financing, debt, investments, FX
- ✓Ability to understand and structure complex business challenges
- ✓Business impact-oriented approach
- ✓Ability to prioritize, arbitrate, and measure success
- ✓Natural leadership
