About the Role
The Business Analyst will provide technical, business, and administration support to the Resource Management Team in managing Verizon accounts and assisting with contract and purchasing actions. This role involves managing and distributing SACO taskers and supporting the transition of communication contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- βPerform detailed analyses of business processes and act as an interface between IT support organizations and functional requirement definitions
- βDevelop technical and business documentation for internal and external requirements
- βSupport senior management with business, technical, and staff action tasks
- βAssist with contractual requirements, market research, and funding setup/requests
- βManage up to 1800 government personal electronic devices and associated accounts
- βManage Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Storefront/Marketplace accounts for mobile users
- βCreate, manage, edit, and deactivate DSF/DMP CJONs as necessary
- βManage and maintain Apple Business Manager
- βFulfill account modifications ensuring proper equipment and services
- βCollect and post monthly billing and usage reports
- βCoordinate with POCs regarding changes required for PEDs, billing concerns, or overages
- βRoutinely audit Verizon accounts and provide recommendations
- βCoordinate new Standard Operating Procedures for iPhone users
- βSupport realignment efforts with the transition of communication contracts and reorganization of lines
Requirements
- βLess than 2 years of office management experience required
- βExcellent communications skills (written and verbal)
- βProcess-driven and highly organized
- βAbility to work as part of a team
- βAttention to detail and organization skills
- βProblem-solving, flexibility, and multitasking abilities
- βTroubleshooting skills within a fast-paced environment
- βMust be able to drive for device pickup/delivery
