About the Role
Agile Defense is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data collection, processing, and integration pipelines. This role focuses on centralizing and structuring data from various web-based applications, working closely with software developers and data analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop data ingestion pipelines to collect structured and unstructured data
- →Implement efficient data transformation and storage strategies
- →Collaborate with software development teams to optimize application-generated data
- →Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations
- →Optimize query performance and improve data access patterns
- →Work with business stakeholders to define data requirements
- →Design and build APIs for data ingestion, retrieval, and integration
- →Develop and maintain event-driven architectures for real-time data processing
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- ✓Minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience
- ✓Experience developing data pipelines and integration solutions
- ✓Active TS/SCI security clearance
- ✓U.S. citizenship required
