About the Role
Join Agile Defense as a Data Scientist to build AI/ML solutions that support understanding customers, markets, and operations through advanced analytics. You'll work with business leaders, product teams, and engineering to identify opportunities and build predictive models that inform critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand customer behavior, market trends, and business performance
- →Design and execute sophisticated experiments to test business hypotheses and measure feature impact
- →Build predictive models that forecast business outcomes and identify growth opportunities
- →Apply advanced statistical techniques to solve complex business problems
- →Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact analytical opportunities
- →Present complex findings to executive stakeholders in compelling formats
- →Develop models for segmentation, recommendation systems, and risk assessment
- →Establish statistical rigor and experimental design standards
- →Train and mentor stakeholders on analytical thinking
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience with regression analysis and building predictive models
- ✓Advanced statistical knowledge including experimental design and hypothesis testing
- ✓Strong programming skills in Python or R with data analysis libraries
- ✓Business acumen to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations
- ✓Machine learning expertise with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
- ✓Data analysis and visualization abilities using Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik
- ✓Database experience with SQL and modern data analysis environments
