About the Role

Agile Defense is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join their team in government contracting. This role is responsible for all project financial functions including budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting for government and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

→Prepare monthly functional review presentations and analyze KPI metrics
→Contribute to the development of a dynamic web-based forecasting tool
→Report on indirect cost performance by department, analyzing changes for MTD, YTD, and YE
→Review indirect AP invoices for compliance and correct setup
→Work with Accounting to validate monthly cost accruals and prepare correction forms
→Assist with annual budget preparation

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
✓2-5+ years' experience in Project Finance and/or Accounting in a government contracting environment
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced Excel
✓Experience with Deltek Costpoint/Reporting
✓Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
