About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Cybersecurity Manager to join Agile Defense. This role involves providing cybersecurity support to ensure systems comply with Federal, DoD, and Army cybersecurity policies and standards. The position requires developing and delivering cyber artifacts to support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide cybersecurity support to deliver systems that comply with Federal, DoD, and Army cybersecurity policies and standards
→Develop and deliver cyber artifacts to support the RMF process for each modernization project
→Provide assessment artifacts necessary for technical and security review
→Ensure network components are securely integrated into the existing Army environment
→Perform patch management and security update operations support
→Safeguard all Government data according to CMMC standards
→Follow processes and procedures required for achieving CMMC Level 3 certifications

Requirements

✓Minimum of five years’ experience in the field of DoD Information Systems Security and/or Cybersecurity
✓Minimum of five years’ experience creating RMF packages and entering data into eMASS to obtain an ATO/Authority to Connect
✓Minimum of one year experience working U.S. Army RMF processes
✓Required certifications: CAP, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC), Certified Information Systems Security Manager (CISSM), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
✓Experience as an ISSM, ISSE, and/or ISSO
✓Five years’ experience maintaining and managing client interface at the senior levels of the client organization
