About the Role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join Agile Defense and support our contract with the DRAID CDAO ADA IR Program. This role will design and build the analytical infrastructure that surfaces data access across the organization, working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports that track key business metrics
- →Create intuitive, self-service analytics platforms for business users
- →Build automated reporting systems for stakeholders
- →Ensure data accuracy and consistency across BI deliverables
- →Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- →Design data models and analytical frameworks for strategic decision-making
- →Create compelling data visualizations for diverse audiences
- →Develop efficient data models and query optimization strategies
- →Train business users on BI tools and best practices
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics platform development
- ✓Advanced BI tool expertise with Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, or similar
- ✓Strong SQL and data modeling skills for dimensional models and query optimization
- ✓Business partnership experience with stakeholder management
- ✓Enterprise data platform experience with cloud data warehouses
