About the Role

We are looking for a Core Network Engineer to join Airalo, the world's first eSIM store. This role focuses on designing and growing our Packet Core (EPC/5GC) to ensure seamless connectivity for travelers globally.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the design and growth of our Packet Core (EPC/5GC)
→Manage roaming coverage through IPX/GRX providers
→Analyze signaling procedures across 3G, 4G, and 5G NSA
→Fine-tune critical network flows for voice and data bearers
→Lead design reviews and manage Acceptance Testing

Requirements

✓Experience in the engine room of a Tier 1 Carrier, Mobile Operator, or Equipment Provider
✓Fluency in mobile network systems (3G, 4G, 5G)
✓Solid grasp of IP networking (BGP routing, subnets, ASN management)
✓Experience architecting DNS hierarchy (S-NAPTR)
