About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our Lisbon-based team. This role focuses on creating engaging content across social media channels to build community and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, write, and publish high-quality content across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- →Manage posting schedules for both company and product-specific pages.
- →Create meaningful comments to drive conversations and visibility.
- →Support community engagement by monitoring and responding to follower interactions.
- →Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with ongoing initiatives.
- →Track performance and engagement metrics to continuously improve content strategy.
- →Stay current with social media trends, language, and best practices.
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing, or online community engagement.
- ✓Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging social copy.
- ✓Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
- ✓Experience managing multiple pages or brand accounts.
- ✓Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- ✓Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
