About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated engineer to join Airbnb's Payments Compliance team. This role involves building and maintaining large-scale systems to support Airbnb’s compliance program and adapt to evolving regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build backend services and APIs to create scalable engineering systems
- →Partner with technical leaders to design and build the next-generation Compliance system
- →Work closely with Product, Design, Policy, Operations and other cross-functional partners
- →Advocate for and participate in efforts to advance Airbnb’s engineering processes
Requirements
- ✓BE/B.tech, preferably in CS, or equivalent qualification
- ✓3 to 6 years of industry experience
- ✓Understanding of data structures and problem solving approaches
- ✓Proficiency in one or more back-end server languages
- ✓Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- ✓Experience with Agile development
- ✓Exposure to architectural patterns of high-scale web and data applications
